Statements

Each Deposit Account in COS will receive a monthly account statement. The statement will contain all posted activity inclusive of the period start and end dates. The statement detail is listed according to the posting sequence of the account activity records.

Documents

After the statement has been generated and all data has been finalized, one or more documents may be attached to that record. A document is usually a downloadable PDF, but it is possible for other document types to be attached such as CSV files. The presence of downloadable documents is indicated by the statement DocumentCount field. Documents may take time to generate, so expect potential delays between the data portion being generated and the associated documents becoming available.
